General Rules for Issuance of Transfer Certificate
I. Documents Required for Registration

Students only from CBSE or State Board recognized schools will be registered. A copy of the Report Card & Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended must be furnished.

TC & Report Card (mentioning PASSED or PROMOTED) should be submitted in original.

All students are allotted an admission number, which should be quoted during all correspondence with the school.
II. Transfer Certificate Issuance Criteria
Application Requirement:
A written application must be submitted to the Principal or Head of Institution by the parent or guardian, stating the student's details and reason for transfer.
Eligibility:
The student must have cleared all dues and returned any borrowed school property (e.g., library books, lab equipment).
Timely Issuance:
Schools are expected to issue the TC within a reasonable time (usually 3-5 working days) after receiving the application.
Board Examination Pass Students:
As per CBSE circular No. COORD/PR UNIT/2020 dated 04/02/2020, the Transfer Certificate (TC) based on school information must be issued on the official school letterhead and signed by the Principal or Head of School only.
